Last week I called Auto Trust to help me with my wiper blades. I was unable to drive home from work without assistance as this was a safety issue. Spoke to Mike He said come stop by I’ll take a look. I did not have an appointment but he was willing to at least give me an assessment. I was stressed. He was very kind and calm. Even though they really were booked up. 10/10 would recommend. I was driving to work and my car felt like it was on it’s last legs that morning by the way it was sputtering and I had barely made it to Green Lane where I decided to stop. Lo and behold I was stopped in front of Auto Trust, so I forced my car into their lot figuring this must be a sign. Met Mike and his team who were amazingly accommodating to my situation and took this stray customer in. They worked so fast (beyond fast) to diagnose the vehicle even though they were busy and got me the game plan the same afternoon! Obviously no guarantees that the engine would be saved but I took the risk and the game plan was solid. Saved my butt from having to go through more painful processes with my vehicle. I’ve just picked up the vehicle and writing this review at work - I highly recommend Mike and his team for all your vehicle needs and I myself will be returning for all my vehicle needs in the future. I cannot recommend this auto repair shop enough. I found Mike by accident a few years ago and I'm so glad I have a trusty and honest mechanic I can rely on. He's honest, approachable and knowledgeable about both our cars (Honda and Hyundai) and never makes me feel like I don't know my cars. He's helped me in emergencies large and small and has even got me off the highway safely. I'm so thankful for this shop and am so glad I can trust them. I've said this alot, but thank you Mike!!

Mike, at Auto Trust, truly exemplifies the "Trust" in his business. He was exceptionally patient and thorough, ensuring I fully understood what was wrong with my water pump and how it reached that point. He even went the extra mile by showing me diagrams to explain the mechanics in detail, and not by glossing over it, but really making sure I understood. I’ve been meaning to write a serious review for Mike and Auto Trust and his team for some time. So here it is: Firstly, don’t look any further for an auto repair facility. THIS IS IT! Let’s face it. Honesty has become a short commodity lately. How refreshing it is to find a repair shop that, well, is just plain honest. I have two vehicles that I have brought to Auto Trust for the last 10 years. Mike and team will always do what has to be done and let you know if anything further needs to done. Plain and simple. Go no further. Mike, keep up the great work. Last week I flew in Toronto from Montréal to pick up a used car I had bought from Mike the owner. It was a customer’s car he had serviced for 10 years+. I've been going to AutoTrust for 30 years and I've come to realize that it's not just the excellent service (lots of mechanics provide excellent service) and it's not that he's convenient (everyone has to be close to someplace) - it is the sense of comfort and peace of mind that he provides because I know everything will be done right and any time I need some advice or have a question, Mike is always there and available. An unusual icon came up on my dash today and I couldn't find out about it in my manual - I called Mike and within 2 minutes the issue was resolved and that's not what you find at every service garage or with every mechanic. While mostly a mechanic shop, Mike had a car for sale that we found on AutoTrader. I had dreaded the thought of buying an earlier model used car as all of them seemed to be uncertified on shady lots. After talking to Mike for a few mintues, my first feeling was relief. He was very reasonable to work with and allowed us (with some reasonable stipulations) to take the car to be reviewed by our mechanic. We did this, and promptly purchased the car. It was clean and Mike was upfront with the CarFax report. Thanks so much Mike for your help in making what I was expecting to be a nightmare a very easy and honest process.

Where do I start!! If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. I was travelling from New Brunswick in my friend RV driving through Toronto (Richmond Hill) when we noticed a burning smell. Thinking it was our break pads and 5 pm we went on google search looking for a mechanic close by. First they gave us directions to get there. Stayed open after hours. Called in a favour to have a friend personally deliver the piece!!! Incredible service, outstanding professionalism of each team member. Hoping I never have to use these guys again. But if i ever break down in the GTA area I will pay extra to get towed to this garage. They put the belief back that there are good honest mechanics out there!!! Thank you from East Coast travellers.

I have been using Auto Trust technicians for several years. They are professional and knowledgeable. They fix the problem, and at a good price. Their price is much lower than the dealer price. They meet their time estimates for repairs. In the few times that I have had emergencies, they have always been able to fix the problem quickly. Mike and all the staff are always polite and friendly. Mike answers questions clearly and will listen to my preferences for repairs.
